Ben Gallagher doesn’t do love. He likes his life just the way it is: he has an up-and-coming wedding cake business and his pick of the available men in San Francisco. He learned his lesson about love with his ill-fated marriage, and now thinks no further than the next morning when it comes to relationships.

Jamie Makepeace has been searching for true love–the trouble is, he doesn’t quite know what true love looks like. He’s been perfectly content to pine after his coworker from afar, occasionally sleep with his best friend, and wait for love to find him.
